• Lost power or in limp mode?

  Pull over somewhere safe, put your hazards on and get out on the verge side if you are on the motorway. Call National Highways or your breakdown cover first if you are in a live lane.

• Call or WhatsApp us from the car park

  Send the dash photo, your registration and which side of the services you are on. We tell you what it is likely to be and give you an honest arrival time.

Roads around Clacket Lane services

• M25 between J5 and J6

  This is a long stretch with no other services. If a countdown starts here, stop at Clacket Lane rather than push on to the M23 or the M26.

• M26 and A21 towards Sevenoaks

  Traffic for the M20 and the A21 splits at junction 5. Drivers coming off those roads often stop here first.

• A25 through Oxted and Westerham
