Tell us what the dash says
Call, WhatsApp or send the quote form. Four details are enough to start.
- Registration and postcode
- The dash message or fault code, a photo is ideal
- Countdown miles, if one is showing
- What happened just before: a top-up, cold start, recall or long idle
Free quote, no obligation
A technician reads the details, checks the common faults for your vehicle and gives you the diagnosis price and the likely parts cost.
- Diagnosis from £249, priced before a van is booked
- Parts prices shown up front: tank £795, NOx sensor job from £249, injector £750
- Labour quoted after diagnosis (POA), because access differs by vehicle
- You only book if you are happy with the price
Slot booked, technician dispatched
We send the nearest available van and confirm a real arrival time by phone or WhatsApp.
- London and the South East: up to 3 hours from the slot being locked, where a van is free
- Other regions: slot confirmed by postcode on the call
- Priority for countdowns close to zero and no-starts
- 6am to 9pm, 7 days, including bank holidays
Live-data diagnosis at the vehicle
On your drive, yard or roadside. We test the system, not just read the code.
- Full code read and freeze-frame from the engine and SCR modules
- Pump pressure, heater circuit, NOx and quality sensor readings live
- Wiring and connectors checked before any part is blamed
- AdBlue tested with a refractometer for contamination
Fixed total agreed, then the repair
We show you what failed and give one fixed total, parts plus labour. Nothing is fitted until you agree.
- One fixed price before work starts
- No fix, no fee on the agreed outcome
- Most repairs done on the same visit
- If a part must be ordered, we book the return visit with you
Countdown cleared, written record
Codes cleared, countdown reset and the repair confirmed with live data before we leave.
- Clean dash checked with the engine running
- Written record of what was found and fixed
- Written warranty on the repair
- Invoice by email for your records or fleet manager

Before we arrive
Somewhere safe to work
A drive, yard, car park or safe roadside spot. We need to reach under the vehicle on most AdBlue jobs.
Keys and access
Someone with the keys at the vehicle, or a key safe arranged for fleet jobs.
Leave the AdBlue as it is
Do not keep topping up or swapping fluid. We test what is in the tank.
Avoid switching off far from base
If the countdown is low, the engine may not restart once switched off. Tell us the miles left when you call.
What the technician brings
Dealer-level diagnostics
Live data, actuator tests and adaptations on most cars, vans and motorhomes.
Test equipment
Multimeter, pressure gauges and a refractometer to check AdBlue concentration.
Common parts
Frequently used sensors, seals and connectors on the van, so many faults are fixed first visit.
Certified AdBlue
ISO 22241 fluid to refill and prime the system after the repair.
Process questions
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Telling us the reg, postcode and dash message and getting a price by phone or WhatsApp costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What does no fix, no fee mean?
Before we start, we agree the outcome with you. If we cannot deliver that outcome, you do not pay for that work.
Why is labour quoted after diagnosis?
The same part can take very different times to reach on different vehicles. A Transit NOx sensor is quick; a Sprinter tank needs more access time. We price your vehicle, not a guess.
How long does a callout take?
Diagnosis usually takes under an hour. Most repairs are done on the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the timing before we leave.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes. 6am to 9pm, 7 days, including bank holidays.
Do I need to be with the vehicle?
Someone needs to hand over the keys and agree the price. For fleet jobs we can work from a key safe and send the report to the fleet manager.
